After crossing the Apennine fences which, from Passo Penice get down along Tidone torrent, affluent of Po river, up to the artificial lake Trebecco, suddenly appears the grandiose Molato Dam being opened in 1921 on a forward-looking project but, since lasting a reduced inflow of waters – as mainly withdrawn for local agriculture which only the dam call for contribution – makes it today suffer to the limit of a ‘minimum vital outflow’ not even updated, charging not only agriculture and livestock, fishes and game adjusted since a century by now, but also any even minimum contribution to the energy (hydroelectric here) fed into the grid.

Obstacle to any de-fence is inhibition[2], which can only be secondary, as it is any thought of having no thoughts, no axe to one’s own grind : as a matter of fact the initial thought (i.e. the unconscious) is an inexhaustible source which cannot stop his/her own science, and even less the right to practice it.
